Grilled Haddock Ingredients:
  • Aluminumm Foil
  • Haddock
  • 1 Spoon butterlemon juice
  • 1 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • mozzeralla cheeses

Grilled Haddock Instructions:
Place haddock in foil.Dice onion and tomatoe and place over fish.Melt butter and ad 1 cap full of lemon juice.Pour butter and jemon juice over fish.Add the cheese seal foil and cook on grill or camp fire for about 10-15 minutes.Fish should be tender and flacky when done.

Grilled Haddock Ingredients

* 1/4 c Chablis or other dry white wine
* 2 tb fresh lemon juice
* 4 (4-ounce) haddock fillets
* 1/2 ts dried whole dill weed
* 1/2 ts dried whole tarragon
1/4 ts salt
* 1/8 ts white pepper
* 1 vegetable cooking spray
* 1 lemon wedges

Grilled Haddock Instructions

Combine wine and lemon juice in a shallow dish; add fish, turning to coat.
Sprinkle fish with dill weed and next 3 ingredients. Cover and marinate in
refrigerator 30 minutes.

Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade. Arrange fish in a wire
grilling basket coated with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot
coals. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested
with a fork.

  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • Lemon juice
  • Lemon pepper seasoning salt
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 lb. haddock fillet
Grilled Haddock Recipe Instructions
Dip fillet in milk, then bread crumbs. Place on sheet of aluminum foil (enough to make a tent around fillet). Sprinkle with fresh lemon juice. Sprinkle heavy with lemon-pepper and seasoning salt. Dot with butter. Fold up tin foil to make a tent and poke holes in the side for vents. Place on grill and cook about 10 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.

Grilled Haddock Ingredients
  • 1 kg fillet of haddock fish
  • 1 cup thick cream
  • 1 each Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Finely chopped fresh dill
  • salt, pepper, and cooking oil
Grilled Haddock Instructions

1. Rub cooking oil on the haddock fish fillet, then grill over high heat for 4-7 minutes, until cooked.
2. Mix cream with chopped dill and the juice of the lemon. Season with salt and pepper. You may adjust the quantity of lemon juice to suit your taste.
3. To serve: Arrange grilled haddock filled on a serving tray, then pour the cream on top.
